Our homes were built in the late 70's and are nestled next to the Johnson Space Center and just a hop, skip and a jump to Bay Area Boulevard in Clear Lake. We have 448 homes, a beautiful park, tennis courts, and two pools for your enjoyment. We are three miles from Clear Lake and about 30 miles from Galveston.

Homeowners, Early voting starts on Oct 21-Nov 1. Voting day is Nov 5. Click here to view your sample ballot. Early voting locations for our neighborhood are UHCL, Freeman Library and the community center in Seabrook. You cannot use your cell phone while voting.
