1.When planning an EXTERIOR home improvement, the first step is to complete and submit a 2026 UGPH Home Improvement Application.
2.Applications for ARC review are also available at the Associa Office and Town Square. (you can access Town Square on this website)
3.Please submit your completed application to Associa office or email to Shanay Fluellen, manager of the property. SFluellen@houcomm.com
