Looking to make improvements or repairs to your property? Please be aware that no work should be started on a project until an application has been submitted, reviewed and approved.

1.When planning an EXTERIOR home improvement, the first step is to complete and submit a UGPH Home Improvement Application.
2.Applications for ARC review are also available at the Associa Office and Town Square. (you can access Town Square on this website)
3.Please submit your completed application to the Associa office or email it to Cathalin at CLeija@houcomm.com.
