Out of our 448 homes:

309 Yes votes

39 No votes

13 Abstain

87 No Response

309 Yes votes exceeded the 67% required to amend our Declarations to prohibit Short-Term Rental properties in our neighborhood. The amendment along with the ballots have been filed with the city by our attorney. Thank you for participating in this important decision. The amendment is posted on the ARC and ByLaws page and on TownSq.
