Year In Review 2025

Due to Hurricane Beryl and other related storms, our projects were very limited in order to replenish our reserve account.  By restricting projects to necessary maintenance and repairs, we were able to successfully “catch up” on reserves and are looking forward to a better year in 2026.

  •  Annual tree maintenance Phase 1
  •  Tennis court windscreens
  •  Solar lighting on 4 horseshoes
  •  Holly Trail Pool lighting
  •  Holly Trail Pool faucets in bathrooms
  •  Power wash and paint wall in front of University Green Blvd.
  •   Irrigation system in front of and behind front wall
  •  Installed donated Little Library in the park
  •  Fixed erosion issues
  •  Replaced 3 Streetlights
  •  Painted 5 damaged mailboxes due to signage
  •  Repaired swings in playground
  •  Seasonal flowers and mulch for monuments
  •  Power washed decks and buildings at both pools
  •  Successfully expedited the removal of 10 Cypress Trees lining our property by requesting ExxonMobil to take responsibility to prevent damage to properties and roads.
  •  Pressure wash and paint over graffiti on the front wall
  •  Kiddie Mulch at playground
  •  Mulch newly planted trees

Playground Revitalization Project

In order to ensure the safety of our playground equipment, we formed a Playground Revitalization Committee.  The work was completed on April 22, 2023.  Thank you, Steve Breault for heading this project and getting it done with Mike Bright, Brenda DeCarrie, Derek Soltes and Lynda Breault.  We saved our homeowners over $3000.00.  We replaced the swings, sanded and painted rough and rusty areas on the slide equipment and raked the mulch.

Mailbox Restoration Project Complete

The cost of a new mailbox ranges from $2000.00-$3000.00.  Our mailboxes were deteriorating after years of neglect.  Instead of the enormous cost of replacing most of the mailboxes in our neighborhood, we chose to have them sand blasted, pressure washed, primed and painted.  This project saved our homeowners thousands of dollars and added years to our mailboxes.
